Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after your order confirmation. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, but we'll always keep you in the loop. During high-volume periods, shipments may take a few extra days. If there's a significant delay, we'll reach out to you directly via email.

Delivery Timeframes Once your order ships, here's what to expect:

United States: 2–4 business days via USPS International: 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking link will be active within 24 hours so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Truevitara ships worldwide, but any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected at the time of delivery and are outside of our control.

Damaged Orders We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please contact your shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Hold onto all packaging materials and damaged items — you'll need them for the claim process.

International Shipping We currently ship to customers around the world. International orders typically arrive within 1–3 weeks of shipment. Please be aware that import taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country — these are collected at delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
